Bridgewater, MA --- Bridgewater State used a strong first-half performance from the floor and never looked back as they defeated #5 Worcester State, 74-59, this evening in the MASCAC Women's Basketball Tournament semifinals.
Buzzards Bay, MA --- Worcester State senior guard Kaleigh Charette has been selected to the All-MASCAC Women’s Basketball first-team in a vote by the leagues seven head coaches this past Monday. For Charette this is her third career all-conference honor.
Westfield, MA --- Fourth-seeded Worcester State had three players post double-doubles, including a career high 17 points with 11 rebounds from freshman Shannen El-Qasem as the Lancers defeated #4 Westfield State, 61-52, in the quarterfinals of the MASCAC women's basketball tournament.

Salem, MA --- Despite 24 points and eight rebounds by senior Kaleigh Charette, Worcester State was defeated on the road by Salem State, 62-61 in MASCAC women's basketball action this evening. Junior Meghan O'Keefe added 14 points and seven boards while sophomore Meaghan Burns chipped in with 12.

North Adams, MA --- MCLA handed Worcester State their second conference loss of the season in a 79-71 setback in MASCAC women's basketball action this afternoon. Senior Kaleigh Charette would highlight the contest by scoring her 1,000th career point in the loss.
