Worcester, MA- On Sunday April 26, 2026 the Worcester State Men’s hockey team, families, alumni and friends of the program came together at their annual end of the year Break Up Dinner. They celebrated the end of this academic year, the 2025-26 the hockey season, the three graduating seniors and acknowledged the performance not only of the team but recognized the performances of team members.
Worcester, MA- In the final home regular season faceoff of the 2025-26 season, the Worcester State Men’s Ice Hockey team (9-10-4, 2-7-3) is battling for final seeding in the conference tournament that starts next Wednesday. Tonight’s meeting with Anna Maria also honored the two seniors of this year's class, as Niklas Byman (Sipoo, FN) and Anders Gronstad (Royal Oak, MI) were honored before the puck drop.
Worcester, MA- In a return to action after a tough battle in the Codfish Bowl versus UMass Boston last week, the Worcester State Men’s Ice Hockey team (5-5-3, 1-2-2) hosted NE-10 foe Franklin Pierce at the Fidelity Bank Ice Center. Also in the balance of the outcome is Head Coach Bob Deraney’s hunt for his 350th career NCAA Head Coaching win.
Worcester, MA- Looking to break the Shootout curse that has descended over the Worcester State Men’s Ice Hockey team (2-1-3, 0-0-2) the Lancers hosted Westfield State at the Fidelity Bank Worcester Ice Center in their third conference game of the season as they aimed to end the game without OT action.
Worcester, MA- After coming off of two straight overtime meetings with opponents, the Worcester State Lancers Men’s Ice Hockey team (2-0-2, 0-0–1) are back on the ice that started the overtime tradition hosting the Keene State Owls.
