Worcester, MA- The Worcester State Men’s Cross-Country team travelled down to Stanley Park this afternoon in defense of their 2021 MASCAC Championship. The team graduated their All-Conference runner from last season but have been led all season by the strong racing of first year James Riley (Shrewsbury, MA) and his fellow first years, along with strong leadership form the championship returning core from last year headed by senior Ethan Goodreau (Spencer, MA). The Lancers finished the race sitting in 4th in the MASCAC at the conclusion of the race.

The team was a strong presence on the course this afternoon, finishing 13 on the afternoon just edging out Clark University.

The team had a strong showing on the afternoon as they got the first look at the course that will see them defending their championship.
Worcester, MA- The Worcester State Men’s Cross-Country team travelled to Lehigh, PA this afternoon to compete in the Paul Short Invitational against top national competition. The Team recorded three personal records in the 8k race to compile a team score of 1,123.
