Ojukwu Earns Second MASCAC Men’s Indoor Track & Field Rookie of the Week Award

WORCESTER, Mass. – Worcester State University men's indoor track & field student-athlete, John Ojukwu (Stow, Mass.) has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) men's indoor track & field rookie of the week, as announced by the league Monday (Feb. 12) afternoon.

This past weekend, Ojukwu helped his team to a third place finish in the MASCAC with a first place finish in the 60 meter dash with a personal record time of 6.94 seconds.

The Lancers will continue their indoor season this weekend as qualifiers will head to Middlebury College to compete in the DIII New England Championships.
