WORCESTER, Mass. – The Worcester State University women’s cross country team has been recognized by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for their academic accomplishments in the fall 2015 semester.

PAXTON, Mass. – The Worcester State women’s cross country team finished third in the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Championships at Moore State Park on Saturday as Worcester State’s freshman Mia Rogers (North Dighton, Mass.) and freshman Laura DelleChiaie (Haverhill, Mass.) were the first freshman runners at the meet to cross the finish line.
DANBURY, Conn. – On Wednesday (Oct. 21), the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) announced the Corvias ECAC Women’s Cross Country Runners of the week ending Oct. 18.

PAXTON, Mass. – The Worcester State University women's cross country team finished in second place overall out of 6 teams in the 5K Worcester City Meet Saturday morning at Moore State Park. WPI took another title since the meet started in 1987.
WORCESTER, Mass. – Four Worcester State University student-athletes were recognized with player of the week and rookie of the week awards for the week of 9/14-9/20, as named by the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) and the Little East Conference (LEC) Monday afternoon.
DARTMOUTH, Mass. – The women’s cross country team placed 19th out of 42 teams at the UMass Dartmouth Shriners Invitational Saturday afternoon, as Laura DelleChiaie (Haverhill, Mass.) ran the race with a 19:44.76 time – the fastest time ever ran by a freshman at Worcester State on the UMass-Dartmouth 5K course. She is currently stands as Worcester State’s second-fastest runner at this course.
