Connors Named Rookie of the Week for Second Time

Worcester, MA- After securing a conference win over Fitchburg State earlier in the week and closing out their tri-match season, the Worcester State Volleyball had first year Reece Connors (Fresno, CA) named to the MASCAC Weekly Honors.

Connors recorded 15 kills with 20 assists, five service aces and 24 digs in a 2-1 week for the Lancers. Finished with 11 digs, nine kills, four aces and nine assists in the 3-1 win over Curry. Added seven assists, two kills, an ace and seven digs in the 3-0 win over Fitchburg State.

Worcester State is back in action tomorrow as they host Keene State at 6pm.
