Czerniawski Repeats as MASCAC Goalie of the Week

Worcester, MA- For the second week in a row, Worcester State Women’s Ice Hockey’s senior Kelsey Czerniawski (Chicopee, MA) was named the MASCAC Goalie of the Week, a category the Lancers have claimed each week of the season thus far.

Worcester, MA- For the second week in a row, Worcester State Women's Ice Hockey's senior Kelsey Czerniawski (Chicopee, MA) was named the MASCAC Goalie of the Week, a category the Lancers have claimed each week of the season thus far.

Czerniawski recorded a 0.50 GAA with 54 saves with a .982 save percentage in a 2-0 week for the Lancers. Stopped 20 shots in the 6-1 win over Anna Maria and made 34 saves in the 1-0 win over Rivier. On the season thus far, Czerniawski has recorded a 1.36 GAA with 113 saves and a .958 save percentage.

Worcester State is back in action Wednesday, November 19th, when they journey back out to Framingham State to take on the Rams at 7:40pm.
