Wing Continues Success at Pop Crowell Invite
Worcester, MA- The Worcester State Men’s Cross Country team was back on the course this morning at Gordon College to compete in the Pop Crowell Invite. The Lancers were led by first year Ryan Wing (Barre, MA) who finished in 16th place helping to contribute to the team score of 177 for Worcester in the 8000m race.

Wing would cross the finish line in a blistering 28:06.38 pace with sophomore Dan Smith (Medway, MA) just over a minute off his time with a 40th place finish in 29:34.01. In 44th would find first year Andrew Feinblatt (Framingham, MA) crossing in 29:46.18. Graduate student Alexander Lucier (Gardner, MA) and junior Kelan Mahoney (Oakham, MA) closed out the scoring contingent with a 54th and 55th place finish with just seconds separating them at 30:35.34 and 30:39.79.
The Lancers are back in action next week as they head to UMass-Dartmouth for the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational.
