Men's 800m Squad has Record Setting Day at Tiger Open
Worcester, MA- The Men’s Indoor Track and Field 800m squad hit their times this afternoon as they competed at the Tiger Open Meet at the Reggie Lewis Open. Worcester sent a power pact 800m squad who wrapped up the race achieving season and personal records across the board.

Leading the contingent was junior Kelan Mahoney (Oakham, MA) who recorded a season best 2:02.61 for a fourth place finish just seconds ahead of graduate student Alexander Lucier (Gardner, MA) who set a personal record with a time of 2:05.48. The first years were not to be left out of the racing on the day as Andrew Feinblatt (Framingham, MA) grabbed 10th with a season best 2:09.59 while Liam Dietz (Longmeadow, MA) set a personal record with a 2:18.43 for 17th.
The Lancers, including the four record setters from today, are back in action tomorrow as they journey to Smith College for the Mary Grinaker Invitational.
