Lewis’ Back-to-Back National Championships Earns Him MASCAC Field Athlete of the Week Honors

WORCESTER, Mass. – Worcester State University’s Justin Lewis (Lynn, Mass.) has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) field athlete of the week following earning back-to-back outdoor high jump championships at the NCAA DIII Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

WORCESTER, Mass. – Worcester State University's Justin Lewis (Lynn, Mass.) has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) field athlete of the week following earning back-to-back outdoor high jump championships at the NCAA DIII Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

 

He broke the school record this past week with a top clearing of 2.18m (7' 1.75") for the 2018 national high jump title. His previous personal record was 2.16m (7' 1") which he recorded at last year's NCAA Division III National Outdoor Championship for the title as a freshman.
