Worcester, MA- The Worcester State Baseball team (10-26, 9-12) open up their post season play this afternoon in a moved up game versus Framingham State (16-18, 14-7) in the 6-seed versus 3-seed single elimination battle, with the winner advancing to the MASCAC Quarterfinals versus Bridgewater State (23-14, 14-1) later in the afternoon. Worcester State aims to avenge the first round loss to Mass. Maritime, coincidently played at Framingham State last year, in this year's postseason battle.

Worcester, MA- The Worcester State Baseball team (11-26, 9-12) would leave little time for the dust to settle from the MASCAC First Round game versus Framingham to switch gears and focus on grabbing an early lead in the double elimination bracket with their MASCAC Quarterfinal matchup against the second seeded Bridgewater State Bears (23-14, 14-1). The winner of the game will advance to the winners bracket at MASCAC semifinals tomorrow at Salem State at 3pm, while the loser would head into the second elimination of the MASCAC Quarterfinal at 11am. The last time these two faced off Bridgewater claimed the series 2-1, but Worcester was looking for just the one today.

Worcester, MA- In the final regular season series of the year, the Worcester State Baseball team (8-25, 7-11) are hosting Mass Maritime (16-18, 9-9) in the opening game of the three game series with post-season implications on the line. The last time these two teams met, was in the initial round of last year's MASCAC Playoffs where the Buccaneers came away with the win and an ending the Lancers are looking to flip today. Worcester, MA- The Worcester State Baseball team (5-13, 4-2) was finally able to return to the field Sunday afternoon after another late week storm passed through and caused another shift in the schedule. Worcester would travel to Framingham State (4-1, 2-2) for a double header that was initially scheduled at home but was moved and pushed back a day for the Rams to host the double header as Worcester again would play away as the home team.

Worcester, MA- after another rain and snow filled week to start the spring season, the Worcester State Baseball team (3-11,2-1) was set to take on their second conference opponent. In a set of games initially scheduled to be at Worcester State yesterday, the Lancers instead traveled to Westfield State (14-5,3-0) for the double header. While the game was now at Westfield, the Blue and Gold would still be serving as the home team on the field, batting at the bottom of the innings.

Worcester, MA- The Worcester State Baseball (2-11, 1-1)  looks to clinch the series versus MCLA (4-11, 1-1) this afternoon as they journey to North Adams, MA to take on the oft rescheduled Trailblazers nine-inning game before the weather moves in. While the Lancers dropped their first game versus MCLA yesterday, they rebounded in a major fashion in game two coming away with the 22-2 win in a game that had to be called on account of darkness at Kevin D. Lyons Stadium. Worcester will look to continue their run spree today and nab their second win in conference.
