Women’s Basketball to Host Two Clinics in November
WORCESTER, Mass. – The Worcester State women’s basketball team announced that they will be hosting both a Girls Fall Basketball Clinic, and also a Coaches Clinic in November.
WORCESTER, Mass. – The Worcester State women’s basketball team announced that they will be hosting both a Girls Fall Basketball Clinic, and also a Coaches Clinic in November.
The Girls Fall Basketball Clinic will be on both Sunday Nov. 6 and Nov. 13 from 1-5 p.m. both days. This clinic will be held in the Lancers’ new athletic facility on campus – Lancer Gymnasium. Worcester State’s coaching staff and players will give individual instruction to girls of all ages and skill levels. The cost for both days is $60.
Girls Fall Basketball Clinic Flyer and Registration
The Coaching Clinic will be held on Sunday, Nov. 13 in the Worcester State Wellness Center’s Lancer Gymnasium from 8:30am – 12 noon. The clinic will feature guest speaker, “Laney” Clement-Holbrook - Massachusetts All-Time Winningest girls’ basketball coach. Topics covered range from warm-up drills, positional work, shooting drills, defense, special situations, team philosophies and many more. The cost is $25/person and includes a coaching packet, door prizes, coffee & donuts.
