    Women's Cross Country Posts 20th Overall For Highest-Ever Finish At NCAA Regionals Brunswick, ME --- Junior Erin Donohue finished 99th out of 353 competitors (23:53) to help lead Worcester State to a place of 20th at the NCAA Division III New England Regional qualifier hosted by Bowdoin at their 6k university course. The finish for the Lancers is their highest-ever a the New England Regional meet.

    Women's Cross Country Captures Second Place at MASCAC Championships N. Dartmouth, MA --- Worcester State junior Erin Donohue posted a time of 19:57 for seventh place to highlight four Lancers who placed in the top 11 as WSU earned second place out of eight teams at the MASCAC Championships this afternoon hosted by UMass Dartmouth. The runner-up spot marks the second time the squad has accomplished the feat.

    Women's Cross Country Finishes Third At Emmanuel Saints Invitational Boston, MA --- Highlighted by sophomore Ali Barrett's place of seventh overall (21:06), the Worcester State women's cross country team had a trio of student-athletes in the top 10 as they would take home third out of 17 teams in attendance at the Emmanual Saints Invitational at Franklin Park on Friday afternoon.

    Women's Cross Country Takes Home Tri-States Invitational Championship Lincoln, RI --- Led by junior Erin Donohue, the Worcester State women’s cross country team captured five of the top nine slots to win the 2011 Tri-States Invitational Championship hosted by CCRI on their 3.25 mile course. Donohue placed first with a time of 21:57.

    Women's Cross Country Places Second in Worcester City Meet Paxton, MA --- Junior Brittany Grueter keyed Worcester State with a finish of third overall (21:33) to pace the Lancers to second place at the Worcester City Meet this morning at Moore State Park. WSU had five of the top twelve finishers in the race.

    Women's Cross Country Places 19th At UMass Dartmouth Shriner Invitational North Dartmouth, MA --- Junior classmates Brittany Grueter and Erin Donohue both posted solid times with 60th (20:11) and 79th place (29:28), respectively, to help lead Worcester State to a 19th place finish at the UMass Dartmouth Shiners Invitational this afternoon.

    Women's Cross Country Opens Season With Top Finish At Jim Sheehan Invitational Fitchburg, MA --- Freshman Chelsey Peso and classmate Jennifer Cardinal along with senior Meg Plant and first-year Kristina Humphreys captured four of the top six spots to take home first at the Jim Sheehan Memorial at the 5k Cogshell Park on Friday afternoon.
